For as long as I can remember I’ve always been able to sense the energy within and around people, places and things. Everything and everyone has a story to tell. It’s not something I learned in a book, course or from one of my many beloved teachers. I’ve always had the ability to see, sense and feel in ways that go beyond logic and intellect.

While I’m about to tell you some of the ways I’ve dedicated my life to healing and to my unique path…I want you to know that I had to learn no matter how much time, money, energy and resources I spent on education with world renowned teachers, nothing has compared to me accepting myself, my gifts, my past and who I really am at the core of me.

Directly after receiving my high school diploma at age 17, I packed my bags and moved to the Beacon Hill neighborhood in Boston and began my studies at Suffolk University toward a Bachelor’s of Science degree and eventually graduated from the University of Southern Maine (USM) in 2012 with a B.S. in Health Science and Holistic Health. Soon after completion, I continued my education by including additional Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical classes to prepare for medical school.

During my traditional education at USM, I was introduced and taught many different holistic therapies and modalities including Usui Reiki, Herbalism, Ayurveda, and Energy Medicine. With my growing curiosity and callings toward metaphysics, miracles and healing, in 2011 I began sharing energy medicine and Reiki sessions with others.

My heightened interest in these topics lead me to the unique opportunity of completing an internship with one of the first community acupuncture clinics in the state of Maine, followed by a year long 1:1 apprenticeship experiencing and studying medical intuition, energy medicine and different healing modalities. Additionally, in 2014 I spent a month of intensive study at The Kripalu School of Yoga in Stockbridge, Massachusetts where I received a Kripalu Registered Yoga Teacher Certification. Since then, I have received additional certification from internationally recognized teachers and facilitators in many different Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Advanced Asana, Meditation and Pranayama trainings.

During this time of self study and formal education, I opened up to do work on old limiting beliefs and thought patterns and learned to protect my energy, understand my sensitivities, hone my intuition, communicate with my guides and develop my interest and skills in mediumship and energy medicine. Many years later I would come to realize that this time was also crucial in the development of my modality, Soul Readings.

In 2016, I was deeply called and pulled to the sacred, powerful land that is known as Bug Light Park in South Portland, Maine to lead an outdoor yoga class. This was the beginning of Bug Light Yoga, a transformative, seasonal seaside outdoor community. Through many consecutively successful seasons at Bug Light Park, the community started to grow in ways I never thought were possible, nor did I plan for it.

In 2017, I made the decision to follow another calling of mine and headed back to Kripalu, this time to the School of Ayurveda for a year long intensive certification program using my background in science with world renowned educators and became certified as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. I call this my “Master’s degree”. Soon after graduation I began my full time practice of seeing clients internationally.

Additionally, I have studied and invested time, energy and resources extensively in herbalism, receiving certification from the Herbal Academy, and studied in the Usui + Holy Fire lineages of Reiki since 2011, receiving teaching certifications in both.

At the turn of 2019 into 2020, I launched my podcast, Own Your Intuition and in two years the show reached over 100 countries and 4,000 cities. I talk about everything from feminine medicine to spirits, intuition, business tips, and share meditations and exclusive interviews with incredible people. You can listen to the show on any podcast streaming service.

In addition to working closely with one of my teachers in 1:1 mentorships, in 2020 I immersed into a year long core shamanism training and 1:1 apprenticeship with a shamanic healer I have been working with since 2011.

Having the shamanism torch passed my way unearthed medicine within me from many different lifetimes. I am immensely grateful for the non-dogmatic nature of the shamanic teachings in my apprenticeship from my mentor, guide and elder, Àine.

From 2021-2022 I completed courses and workshops on womb healing, the witch wound, women’s wisdom and the energetics of business.

Currently, I support people all over the world with Soul Readings (a modality created after working with people since 2011), courses, mentorships, events, retreats and through my growing podcast, Own Your Intuition. One of my favorite ways to work in intimate groups is within my course, Own Your Intuition. Over the years I noticed some of my students in this course were healers, coaches, health and wellness practitioners looking for tools and insights into their business while weaving the ways of the feminine throughout their lives and businesses so I created space for mentoring women who are growing their sacred business.

In 2023 I graduated from Feminine Business School and received a 500 hour Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher certification.

Since the fall 2023, I have been enrolled in Priestess Path educational community to walk the path of the priestess.

People seek out my offerings for a wide range of purposes. Some are looking to connect to their intuition and/or their own knowing on a deeper level, wanting business advice or someone to connect to on an energetic level, while others are looking to understand if they are on the right path or connect to and find their purpose. Many people who come during transitional periods of their lives and others when they are simply curious about their talents and gifts.

When you come to see me for a Soul Reading, or attend a course or training, yes of course you are receiving the many years of education, experience, expertise, and dedication to a path of healing and many lifetimes of connection to the spirit world, however, you are also receiving my unique energetic blueprint and soul imprint. I can’t teach anyone to be like me, just as you can’t teach anyone to be you.

Although the certifications I have acquired are to some degree only pieces of paper, I feel they demonstrate a level of commitment I uphold to the work that I do and will continue to do. I believe it’s important to not only feel an energetic connection with someone, but to hear about their qualifications and dedication to areas of study matters, too.
