Working with Kelly means every session is tailored to your unique needs, visions, goals and creations, while weaving her gifts as a seeress and her savvy entrepreneurial wisdom to help you align to your purpose and the creations wanting to move through you. Kelly’s approach is rooted in the ways of the feminine - a framework designed to help you connect to your intuition, understand your business as a living, breathing entity reflecting your own energy, and assist you developing sustainable growth instead of periodic burnout.

I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart with a strong ability to sense the energy of people, places and things - including businesses and organizations. Although I bring forth wisdom cultivated from a lifetime of entrepreneurship (I started selling “magical lemonade potions” around age five), learning firsthand from diverse family businesses, stewarding a heart-centered business with multiple streams of income, I’ve put in the work to study with other business women in 1-1 mentorships, classes, workshops, trainings, and have received formal education in business. I most recently completed Feminine Business School which helped me trust the intuitive feelings around building sustainable businesses with nature as a guide.

One risk that altered the course of my entrepreneurial journey is when I trusted my intuition, used a credit card to purchase sound equipment and grew an outdoor yoga business for thousands of students in record timing.

Since then my work has expanded to guest speaking for award winning photography and business masterminds, guest teaching at different universities, consulting a wide range of successful healing businesses and corporations, headlining festivals, presenting at women’s business and healing retreats, creating online courses, hosting my podcast Own Your Intuition, creating dozens of sold out retreats and facilitating ceremonies, all while supporting clients in 1-1 Business Support and Soul Reading Sessions. I’m grateful to the many platforms and organizations who choose to celebrate and feature my work.

I’ve been fortunate to support many types of entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds including therapists and doctors, authors and coaches, to teachers and creatives, intuitive healers and CEOs. I believe as an entrepreneur - and a human being - your purpose in life is to be the best you you can be and not who you, or others, think you should be.

This container was created for the women who want to live their dreams and cultivate a life they love while owning all that they and creating what they came here to create.

The truth is, it’s easy and safe to follow what other people are doing and to get lost trying to become those you look up to and admire. However, that’s not how you make a difference in this world. Trying to become someone you’re not is a fast track to creating what you think you should and not what your heart and your soul yearns you to birth into the world.

Portal Opens

Your time receiving support begins when you submit your application and share your goals, struggles, visions and anything you want guidance with. Kelly reviews every application and sends an email notifying you once you’ve been accepted. Your application responses help Kelly to get a feel for your business and goals before your your first session together. The greatest impact has been seen over a course of many months which is why you will see there is a minimum commitment of four months. Out of integrity, Kelly only works with a limited amount of people at any given time time.

Portal Evolves

Every session builds upon the previous one and is an opportunity to receive bespoke guidance on your business, creative endeavors, places you feel stagnant or stuck and new ideas you are brewing. You will likely receive clear guidance and action steps, resources, recommendations and/or suggested homework assignments unique to you and your business for further integration. This is the ultimate experience to receive individualized attention as Kelly is solely focused on your and business during this time. In addition to your 2x/month Business Support sessions, you receive monthly Business Soul Readings for additional support.

  • 1-1 BUSINESS SUPPORT SESSIONS

    Two 50 minute sessions per month. Kelly hears your intentions, desires, and questions and hones in on your energy and the energy of your business for one-of-a-kind guidance tailored to meet you where you are at. Every session builds upon the last.

  • BUSINESS SOUL READINGS

    One 50 minute session per month. Receive healing guidance as you build and grow your business. These sessions are designed to support the human behind the business. There is no difference between your energy and the energy of your business. May include guided shamanic healing experiences, health recommendations, rituals or ceremonies.

  • BESPOKE HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS

    After meeting with Kelly, she may recommend homework to be completed between sessions or over an extended period of time. This may include access to her business resource library and referrals for growing your business and brand (e.g. photography, branding, SEO, etc.) when appropriate.

    • Two monthly 50 minute Business Support Sessions with Kelly for four or six months (8 or 12 total)

    • One monthly 50 minute Business Soul Reading with Kelly (four or six total)

    • A total of 12 or 18 private support sessions with Kelly depending on if you choose 4 or 6 months together

    • First access to retreats revealed during the duration of your mentorship

Kelly has years of experience offering 1-1 support in many unique environments and across different time zones. You can choose to meet by zoom or phone from anywhere in the world.

  • You will receive an email to the address you submit to us within 1-3 weeks.

  • Any additional resources (books, software, business supplies, etc.) or services (e.g. lawyer fees/advice, financial advisor guidance, SEO, etc.) Kelly may recommend to you is not included.

  • Kelly is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, astrologer, accountant or a professional financial advisor, and therefore cannot provide such guidance.

  • We do not process refunds. Please email us at hello@thekellyrich.com within 72 hours of your scheduled session to find a new time within Kelly’s availability.

  • Kelly reserves the right to reschedule your session at any time, for any reason. If this happens, someone from Kelly’s team will reach out to you ASAP to schedule you at the next available time.

  • No, please do not be in motion while in ay type of 1-1 session with Kelly. Your appointment will need to be rescheduled for the total fee of session.

  • We require all sessions to be conducted within seven months.
